After reviewing more than 100 applications for the ‘Get a Job in 60 Days’ program and phone screening dozens of candidates, we finally narrowed our selection down to 2 fantastic recent grads.

We are delighted to be working with Jacob (finance grad from UMass-Dartmouth) and Lauren (marketing grad from Bentley). They will be going through a structured job search program and blogging and tweeting about their experiences. Having spent the past decade helping college students and recent grads find jobs, Experience is putting our expertise to the test as we help 2 lucky graduates find a job in 60 days or less. On average, it takes 3-6 months for recent grads to find work and in this financial climate it could take even longer.

The Offer
We are offering to do whatever it takes to make you successful. We will provide you with FREE coaching services, based on our extensive experience working directly with employers.

We will work with you to develop a plan of attack, assist with your resume, help you uncover opportunities, teach you how to perfect the art of networking, prep you for interviews, provide morale support along the way and act as your biggest coach and cheerleader.

The Deal
In exchange for the coaching, we’d like you to help us document your job-seeking process. This could include keeping a diary, being filmed in a few videos, other commentary – which would become content that we would share with other recent grads and students who are going through the same situation.

Who’s the Perfect Candidate?
We are looking for a recent grad who is very motivated to find a full-time professional job. You can be looking for a job in any field, but need to be based in or around Boston, so we can meet face-to-face occasionally.
